I attended day 2 of 2015 Birmingham international fashion week, i was sent by the online magazine i work for, gaining access with a golden press pass which i found the night was a delightful & enjoyable one. Birmingham International fashion week 2015 launched this
weekend over the 4th to the 5th of September.
It showcased the world’s most talented new designer’s creative collections for summer/spring 2016. A good dose of vivacious Designer’s from all over the world showcased authentic & dynamic samples of their collections at this year’s Birmingham International fashion week including oxford designer Elizabeth Millinery, USA designer Sigrid Allen, Costa Rica designer Hazel Gonzalez, and a UK jewellery, and clothes collection called I.Kollection . Press & fashionista’s got a slice of autumn fashion at its best, mingling & rubbing shoulders with designers and models.
They were also given options to shop and watch opulent catwalk trends of a lavish calibre. A fashion lounge & showroom was visible on both nights for guests to access. MLA (Makeup London academy) was on point both nights to offer luxury makeup masterclasses to guests and press. International “Face of the world” modelling competition was also in its element, as the competition progressed, awards were given to winners included aspiring models spread over male, female and teen categories.
Eliis Ashley Ruus founder of Birmingham international fashion week declared a public statement about her sheer excitement about this season’s Birmingham fashion week. “We are very excited to be opening our 3rd season of Birmingham International Fashion Week, showcasing the very best of the Spring/Summer 2016 season Collections and trends from worldwide and British designers." 2015 Birmingham international fashion weekend proved to be a spectacle of a celebration of fashion, beauty, along with a sprinkle of glitz and glamour.
