Saved By The Bell was one of the most popular TV series ever. It aired from 1989 to 1993 and was watched and adored by millions of teenagers. Now, 25 years on, the Saved By The Bell cast joined forces once again in a rare reunion sketch on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon on February 4th. Jimmy Fallon's joined saved by the bell cast for the reunion sketch for saturday night live which was pure TV genius. Four of the main characters from the origional show Zack, Kelly, Jesse and A.C slater came back for the amazing reunion plus principle Mr Belding but sadly minus Screech powers and Lisa turtle. All of the cast looked well despite their long 25 year break from the show and A.C slater looks shockingly identical to how he did back when he was a teenager on the popular show. The sketch was funny, cheesy and dated but thats what defined the saved by the bell show back in its heyday.The saturday night live sketch added the Zack morris classic time in and time out moment, that always added comedic value on the show.All of them still managed to nail their famous characters all these years on . Kelly kapaski (tiffany thiessen) who in real life is actually preggers with her second child admitted as a joke that zack morris got her pregnant.Zack smugly grinned and declared "I got kelly kapaski pregnant"!
Saved by the Bell was my all time favourite TV show as a kid and early teenager! I loved Zack morris. I loved his smile, his hair and his cheeky charm. Seeing this sketch put a smile on my face again now as an adult of 24. Those childhood memories of shows you used to watch when you were young are forever in your heart and remind you of those good times of innocence and youth. The mind of a young dreamer is impressionable and saved by the bell for me was just that. I'll always be a fan of saved by the bell and its legacy, after all it was one of the most iconic TV shows of all time. The saturday night live reunion has appealed to its now adult viewers who were kids when they used to watch it! and we all enjoyed it thoroughly! Saved by the bell.. lives on!!
